- Issues with application performance.
- Providing software download links and help articles.
- Password resets.
- General diagnosing.
Paid Maintenance and Support Plans Include:
- Issues with the application in general; error messages.
- Issues with speech recognition accuracy.
- Issues with application performance.
- Providing software download links and help articles.
- Password rests.
- General diagnosing.
Free Technical Support Examples:
- Hardware purchased from VTTS, for issues not related to companion software.
- Answering emails and phone calls for basic questions
- Password resets.
- License code and software download retrieval.
Billable Support Examples:
- Reinstallation of any software, or additional installation for multiple computers.
- Issues related to outside factors such as computer crashing or user error.
- Assistance with any product not purchased from VTTS.
- Creating templates and macros and other customization services.
- Other potential issues designated by VTTS as billable.
Billable support will be charged at a rate of $150 per hour, billed in 15 min increments, rounded up to the nearest 15 mins. For large projects, a custom quote will be created for approval before work is performed.
