The SMP3700 features a specially designed metal grille with hexagonal-shaped openings that significantly increases the amount of sound that reaches the mic, producing greater clarity. The SMP3700 is the first stationary dictation model you can control via hand movements. It’s equipped with an intuitive built-in motion sensor that can detect when you place the device on a desk or table and will automatically mute the microphone. It will then unmute the mic when you pick it up so you can resume recording. You can also pre-program pauses and other custom events
