Google Android Voice Filter-Lite Technology

As described in the linked article by voicebot.ai, Google has demonstrated a new voice recognition technology on their android devices. This technology allows you to train your voice in order for the speech recognition to pick you up among other voices and background noise such as a TV.
In the video, the demonstration shows two users setting up their separate devices to learn their voice, by speaking a simple sentence. They activate speech recognition at the same time and speak over themselves. Each phone picks up only the voice that was trained on the particular device.

Also, the users were able to speak over a loud television and it only transcribed the words of the speaker trained to the device.  This technology will be a game changer for speech recognition in the future. Being able to ignore other voices, or identify them as a part of a conversation will be great for transcribing interviews, conversations, and meetings. This kind of feature for speech recognition is highly sought after.
